In the "Client" window, the lists of choices for a call are identical regardless of the tab on which is positioned the user.
Make a phone call
1.Open a "Client" window.
2.In the main toolbar, click on (Call or receive a call), to open the list of choices.
3.Click on "Call" and on the name of the client or the people in his relations. When a call is in progress, the phone icon becomes .
4.Click on the icon . Select the option "Call in progress" to display the window "Summary of the phone call".
5.You can enter notes regarding the call, click on the icon (Save).
6.You can select the outcome of the call by clicking on the icon in the column "Result".
7.Click on "Hang up" to complete the call.
