This window allows the addition, the modification or the removal of the accesses for each of the security groups.

 

On the ribbon ''Security'', click on to open the "Security groups management" window.

 

 

The ''Access'' tab - Defines the access of each group of security to each of PRIM's windows.

 

The ''Web services'' tab - Defines the accesses related to Web services.

 

The ''Communication'' tab - Defines the security groups for communications management.

 

 

Inactivity time management

 

PRIM allows the connection of a certain number of users according to the number of licenses which your company holds.

 

For example, if you hold 5 licenses, a sixth user will not be able to open the application. You can enter a logout delay that will lock a session after a time of inactivity so that another user can log in.

 

The inactivity time begins as soon as the user ceases all exchange with the database.

 

1.For each of the security groups, click in the "Logout Time" column and enter in minutes the inactivity time, between 2 and 120 minutes, after which PRIM will log a user off the group.

2.Close and open PRIM to apply the delay change.

3.A message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen to notify the user that the application is locked.

4.Click on "Cancel session locking" to stay connected.
