The "Contact" tab allows you to quickly access the contact information of the people in connection with the job offer.
PRIM allows several contacts for communications, but allows only one applicant for a job offer.
1.To add a contact, click on an empty line in the main area, or click on the icon (Insert) on the main toolbar.
2.The "Selection of contacts" window is displayed allowing you to choose the contact you want to add in the job offer file.
3.If the list is empty, it means that no contact has been added to the file of the client. To add a contact, see Contact tab
The responsible person of the job offer and the communications contacts must be added under this tab in order to be inserted automatically by PRIM in communications with the client regarding this job offer.
