Punctual requests in a grouped replacement are requests that have no recurrency.

 

It may be a request from the client, or another request belonging to the recurrence which was canceled by the candidate, that you have to replace.

 

 

       Add new shifts sub-tab

 

The "Add new shifts” sub-tab operates in a similar way to adding batch requests. The new replacements will be included in the grouped replacement in which they are added.

 

It will be impossible to add a new replacement with the same date and the same shift as a replacement already present in the group (punctual or recurrent), the button will not be accessible.

 

 

 

       Assignment sub-tab

 

Under this tab, it is possible to assign a candidate to one or several specific requests inside a grouped replacement.
