Whether it is a request from a recurring schedule or a specific request, all requests generated in the group are located under this tab.

 

In the basic configuration, the requests from a recurring schedule are generated 4 days before the beginning of the week, therefore in the night from Wednesday to Thursday, each week.

 

 

       Sub-tab - List

 

This sub-tab allows the consultation of all the group’s replacements and make some changes.

 

The icon (Grouped replacement) identifies that the request is part of a recurrence. In the list, the absence of this icon identifies that the request is punctual.

 

The icon (Grouped replacement) identifies a request which is part of the group but no longer included in a recurrence and which will be filled like a single replacement.

This sub-tab displays the schedule of assignments of the group (weekly or monthly).
