First status of grouped replacement

If a specific request is added, the status will change directly to "Assigning".

 
« If recurring schedule is added, PRIM must be notified  that the input is completed by changing manually the status of the grouped replacement to "Assigning" by clicking on "Entry completed" in the list of choices.

Assigning

There are replacements to be filled.

Assigning and confirm

There are replacements to be filled and confirmed, and some must be confirmed to the client or to the candidate.

To be confirmed

All replacements are filled, and some must be confirmed to the client or to the candidate.

Filled

All replacements are filled, and are confirmed to the client or to the candidate.

Replace

There is at least one replacement in the group which has been canceled by the candidate, you must find another candidate.

Due

There is only "x" days remain before the last day of work of the grouped replacement.

 
« The number of days entered in the "General Information” tab, in the box " Nb of days before the end".

Completed

The grouped replacement is completed.

Canceled by client

The client has canceled the whole request.

Not filled

The agency did not find a candidate to fill the grouped replacement.

Canceled by agency

The grouped replacement has been canceled by someone in the agency.
