On the ribbon PRIM, click on (Division) to open the window.
Do a research to open the file of the division, if needed.
Address of correspondence
1.Move under the ''Contact'' tab, in the ''Addresses'' section.
2.Click on the icon (Insert) or on a blank line to add an address, complete the required information.
3.Or click on the icon (Edit) of an existing address.
4.Make sure that the property ''Address of correspondence'' is checked.
5.Click on (Save).
Invoicing logo
6.Move under the ''Document management'' tab.
7.Select the folder “Logo division” and click on the icon (Insert) to add a new file.
8.Choose a logo on your workstation and click on .
9.Select the logo. In the ''Properties'' section, ensure that the property ''Invoicing logo'' is checked.
10.Click on (Save).
Selling taxes numbers
11.Move under the ''Settings'' tab.
12.In the ''Financial settings'' section, add or change information related to your taxes numbers.
13.Click on (Save).
