The schedule of the term is not required. However, to view schedule conflicts in the search results, a schedule must be entered.

The default schedule as well as the beginning and end date of the term allow PRIM to determine schedule conflicts of the assigned candidate.

If there is no end date written in the term, the candidate will be considered in conflict for the next 3 months (this number varies according to your agency's needs).
