PRIM is not case sensitive to facilitate the data search input.
A search can use complete or partial information. The universal character "%" is used to replace an undetermined string of characters. This character can be placed in the middle of the chain of characters. By default, PRIM uses the universal character at the beginning and one at the end during a search.
