This window allows the consultation and the management of all the job offers.
On the "PRIM” ribbon, click on to open the window.
Under the ''Job offer tracking'' tab you will find the list of all the job offers registered in the system.
To decrease the number of records and display only the desired items, you can apply filters on each of the columns in this list. PRIM displays the confidential job offers with a different color so that they are easily locatable.
Check one or more boxes to display or not the selected sections.
In the ''Job offer title'' column, click on the icon (Open file) to open the selected job offer's file.
New columns related to the interest of an application are available for the "Agency", "Candidate" and "Client" sections. For example, in addition to the agency's interest icon, you will find the date and name of the user who indicated the interest.

Under the ''Applications tracking'' tab you will find the list of all the applications, for all the job offers registered in the system.

It is posssible to manually change the application status by clicking on the icon (List of values) or, according to the status, on the interest buttons at the bottom of the window. If you see the icon (Open file) in one of the columns of the list, you will be able to open the correspondent file.
•Agency note - Note added by the agency •Candidate note - Note added by the candidate on the Web platform •Client note - Note added by the client on the Web platform
A star on a tab and an icon in the list will tell you that a note related to the selected item has been added.
