In order to prepare the excel file with the data to be imported into PRIM, it is important to understand each field of the excel file and its reference in the system.

 

       ID

 

This ID is the sequential number of your import file. It is simply a reference number that will not appear in PRIM once the file is processed.

 

 

 

       CANCOD (PRIM ID)

 

Prim automatically generates the cancod sequentially, therefor this field can be left empty while generating your import file.

 

 

 

       CANDIDATE No

 

This field represents the employee number given to the candidate internally (if one exists). It can be useful if the same candidate exists in another system to link his ID here.

 

 

 

        NAME - FIRST NAME

 

This field represents the first and last name of the candidate.
