The "Contact" tab allows you to quickly access the contact information of the people in connection with the term.

 

PRIM allows several contacts for communications, but allows only one applicant for the term.

 

1.To add a contact, click on an empty line in the main area, or click on the icon (Insert) on the main toolbar.

2.The "Selection of contacts" window is displayed allowing you to choose the contact you want to add in the term file.

3.If the list is empty, it means that no contact has been added to the file of the client. To add a contact, see "Contact tab"

 

The responsible person of the term and the communications contacts must be added under this tab in order to be inserted automatically by PRIM in communications with the client regarding this term.
