This tab allows you to add a new type of salary. To customize codes, consult the ''Accounting'' unit.

 

 

For the entering of data, click on the icon (Edit), on the icon (Translation) or directly in the field.

 

In the example below, we will add a new type of salary, ''Factory worker''.

 

1.Open a ''Settings'' window.

2.Move under the ''Salary types'' tab.

3.Click on a blank line in the main zone or click on the icon (Insert) to add a new record.

4.The ''Selection of value'' window is displayed, select ''Function'' in the list.

5.You can select the first line of the list if you prefer not to add a subject.

6.Click on . The choice will be displayed in the ''Subject'' column of the ''Filter'' section.

7.The ''Selection of value'' window is displayed, select the function the candidate must have in his criteria to have access to this type of salary.

8.You can select the first line of the list if you prefer not to add a choice.

9.Click on . The choice will be displayed in the ''Choice'' column of the ''Filter'' section.

10.In the ''Code'' column, enter a new code of 3 characters.

11.In the ''Salary type'' column, enter the name of the new type.

12.Click on (Save).

 

There are two options for entering the hourly rate, either manually or by adding a salary type based on an existing salary type.

 

13.In the column ''Hourly rate'', enter the hourly rate which will be displayed by default.

14.In the column ''Based on'', click on the icon (List of value) to display the list of choices.

15.Select the item on which you want to base the new salary type. Click on .

16.The rate can also be customized in the section ''Rate according to client type'' according to the type of client.

17.Click on (Save).

 

If you did not select a subject and a choice at the beginning of the procedure, click on the icon (List of value) to display the ''Selection of value'' window to make your choices.

 

In order to base a salary type on another salary type, it has to have a function and a choice in the section filter and not have a registered rate in the column ''Hourly rate''. The columns ''Based on'' and ''Choices'' must be identical.
