Post your job offers on a website

PRIM offers the possibility to post your jobs on the Indeed, Neuvoo and Google for Jobs posting sites.

Make sure that the information or documents necessary to implement this functionality have been provided to our integration team.

Indeed

Using an XML file provided to you by our integration team, Indeed job search website will be able to display a list of your available positions.

If you already have an account with Indeed, go to step 4, otherwise follow the following procedure to create your account.

1.Copy and paste the following link into your browser.

2.Click on the "Submit your jobs" link at the top of the page.

3.On the next page, complete the requested information and create your account.

4.Contact a Indeed representative to provide him with the Internet address where to download the PRIM file, either:

https://nameofyourdomainPRIMWEB/posting/get/indeed

Occasionally, Indeed will retrieve the list of your available job offers and post them on its website. (Offers are refreshed every 4 hours).

Your candidates will be invited to apply directly on your agency's web platform.

Using an XML file that PRIM will have created for you, you can automatically export your positions to the Neuvoo job search website.

Once your account is created, you will be able to provide the xml URL available at the address: https:// « yourPRIMWEBDomainName »/posting/get/neuvoo

Check with our integration team to make sure your configuration is complete.

The following procedure must be followed for each of the job offers you wish to post on the platform.

1.Open the job offer file.

2.Under the "Information" tab, check the box "Google For Jobs".

3.On the "PRIM" ribbon, click on the button and select the "Google For Jobs" option to publish the job offer.

4.Click on to accept and continue the procedure.

Google must be given a period of time to update the addition or removal of a job offer on the posting site.
