There are several reasons for which a candidate is not displayed in the result of a search to fill a request.
Here are a few from the file "Candidate":
•The candidate does not have the criteria to perform the work (the job offer criteria)
•The candidate has the option "Decline" in one of its criteria which is requested in this job offer
•The candidate has the option "Requirements" in one of its criteria which is not requested in this job offer
•The candidate has a combination of excluded criteria in his file. These two criteria are requested in this job offer
•The candidate does not have a status enabling him to work
•The candidate does not want to be assigned to job offers
•The candidate does not have the permission to work for this division
PRIM does not take into consideration the criteria of the client to perform the correspondence.
1.Under the tab Info/Ranking/Criteria of the job offer. 2.Check the required criteria for each of the topics and make sure that the same criteria are checked in the candidate file under the tab "Info/Ranking/Criteria". Make sure that the candidate does not have the option "Decline" in one of these choices. 3.At least one function or profession must be checked with the option "Required" in the job offer.
