It is possible to involve your candidates or clients in the process of your tasks. Using "Follow-up Web", you can create a task that can be completed with different choices of answers.
A web link will be sent to the participant allowing him to answer a question with a choice of answers configured.
Depending on the choice selected by the participant (candidate or client), the task will be completed with the option chosen.
You can program a different process depending on the task completion option selected.
1.Under the "Workflow" ribbon, click on the "Events and Tasks" button to open the window (WKF001). 2.Navigate under the "Task" tab
3.Navigate inside the “Information” sub-tab 4.Check the "Follow-up Web" checkbox 5.Check the "Unsubscribe" checkbox if you want your email to contain an unsubscribe link 6.Click on the "Configure" button to configure the different elements of the task web follow-up page 7.Navigate inside the "Options" sub-tab 8.Fill in the elements under the Web section

Web follow-up can be initiated from the "To-do tasks (WFK004)" or "Events and tasks management (WFK011)" form.
1.Under the "Workflow" ribbon 2.Click the "To-do tasks" button to open the window (WKF004). 3.Select the task for which you have set up a follow-up
4.Click on "Send", then "Send followup" 5.An email will be populated with a link so that the participant can complete the task without even having to login to the web platform.
