Deletions must be done in a specific order, the reverse order in which the tasks were completed.
Depending on your configuration, the tasks described in the example below may be different. However, the deletion procedure remains the same for all events and tasks.
Deletion will only be allowed if the security group to which you belong has the rights and access for this procedure.
In the example below, the event "Opening of the candidate file" will be deleted along with its associated tasks.
1.Open the candidate's file.
2.In the main toolbar, click on the icon (Events and tasks), the "Event and task management" window will appear.
3.In the main area, select the last event created after all tasks have been completed. In this example, the event "Candidate active" was created following the completion of the last task of the event "Opening of the candidate file".
4.Select the "Candidate active" event, click on the icon (Delete) and in the icon (Save). A message appears and notifies you that the last task will be reset to the uncompleted state. Click on .
5.You will notice that the text in the completion box has been deleted and the icon related to the last task of the event is changed.
If there is a note associated with the task, this note must be deleted before continuing.
6.Select the task, click on the icon (Delete) and on the icon (Save). The task is deleted.
7.Select the task "Verify a reference". Click on the icon (List of values) to the right of the completion box and choose the "Decomplete" option.
8.Click on and on the icon (Save).
9.You will notice that the text in the completion box has been deleted and the icon related to the last task of the event is changed.
10.Select the task, click on the icon (Delete) and on the icon (Save). The task is deleted
11.Select the "Interview" task. Click on the icon (List of values) to the right of the completion box and choose the "Decomplete" option.
12.Click on and on the icon (Save).
13.Select the task, click on the icon (Delete) and on the icon (Save). The task is deleted
14.Select the "Opening of the candidate file" event, click on the icon (Delete) and on the icon (Save). The event is deleted.
