Maximize or minimize the view of a list or column

Drag the mouse on the side of the list until the mouse pointer becomes a double arrow . Then, click on the left mouse button by dragging it to the left or right of the list.

In the lists, drag the mouse over the side of the column until the mouse pointer becomes an arrow .

Click the left mouse button by dragging it to the left or right of the column to enlarge or reduce the width of the column or to the left to hide the column.

To display the column again, move the mouse over the column header until the pointer becomes . By dragging the mouse to the right, you can display the column again.
