Each application or correspondence between the term and a candidate, has its own status. It is from the applications of the term that we proceed to the assignment of the candidates.
The definition of the statutes below is based on the basic configuration of PRIM.
The list of statutes presented below is indicative and may be different depending on the needs of your company.

The agency refuses the correspondence between the term and the candidate. The term will not be proposed to the candidate. |
Agency reflection |
The agency has taken notice of the correspondence between the term and the candidate, but has not taken its decision as to whether it will propose the term to the candidate. |
Term proposed candidate |
The term has been proposed to the candidate, waiting for the answer. |
Term proposed candidate (message left) |
The term has been proposed to the candidate, we have left a message. Waiting for the answer. |
Term proposed candidate (last message) |
The term was proposed to the candidate, we left several messages. If the candidate does not follow up quickly, his file could be revised and its candidature could be canceled. |
Candidate refused |
The term was proposed to the candidate and he has refused the sending of its application to the client. |
Canceled by agency |
The agency has canceled the application. |
Resume ready to be sent to the client |
The candidate has accepted the sending of its application to the client. |
Candidate cancels his application before sending his resume |
The candidate had accepted the sending of its application, he canceled his application before the sending of his resume to the client. |
Waiting for contract |
Waiting for a document to add in the section "Contract" in the file of the client in order to continue with the sending of the application to the client. |
Resume sent to the client |
Resume was sent to the client |
Resume refused by the client |
Resume was sent to the client, he refused the application |
Candidate cancels his application after sending his resume |
The application has been sent to the client, the candidate has subsequently canceled. |
Candidate must take decision |
The client and the candidate are in contact, the client informs us that the decision is the responsibility of the candidate. |

The client and the candidate are in contact, the client informs us that the candidate has not returned his call. |
Client has not taken decision |
The client and the candidate are in contact, the client informs us that he has not taken its decision. |
Not yet contacted |
The application has been sent to the client, but he has not yet contacted the candidate. |
Interview |
An interview with the candidate is planned at the client. |
Additional Interview |
A second (or more) interview is planned at the client. |
Candidate has missed the interview |
The candidate has missed the interview at the client. |
Candidate cancels the interview |
An interview was scheduled and the candidate has canceled. |
Candidate cancels his application after the interview |
As a result of the interview, the candidate cancels his application. |
Client cancels the interview |
An interview was scheduled and the client has canceled. |
Not selected following the interview |
The client has not retained this application following the interview. |
Hired - Term in progress |
The candidate has been hired.
« There cannot be two candidates with the status "Hired" in a term. |
Candidate resigned during the term |
The candidate had been hired, he resigned. |
Laid off |
The candidate was hired and has been laid-off. |
Hired - Term completed |
The candidate was hired, the term is complete. |
Process stopped |
Another candidate was hired for the term, the process of this application was stopped. If the candidate hired for the term is removed from it, we will resume the process of placement where it was left. |
