Each application or correspondence between the job offer and a candidate, has its own status. We proceed with the allocation of the job offer from the candidates application.
The definition of the statutes below is based on the basic configuration of PRIM.
The list of statutes presented below is indicative and may be different depending on your configuration and the needs of your company.
There may be one or several candidates in trial period at a client, but there can be only one candidate hired for a position.
A candidate in the trial period or hired could still appear in lists of candidates. To avoid this situation, you can change the status of the candidate, for example, " INACTIVE ".

The job offer has been proposed to the candidate, we have left a voicemail. Waiting for his answer. |
Job offer proposed candidate (last voicemail) |
The job offer was proposed to the candidate, we have left several messages. If the candidate does not follow up quickly, his file could be revised and its candidature could be canceled. |
Candidate refused |
The job offer was proposed to the candidate and he has refused the sending of its application to the client. |
Canceled by agency |
The agency has canceled the application. |

Trial period |
The candidate is in trial period at the client. The job offer is not considered filled, it is not yet billable.

Candidate cancels following the warranty period |
The candidate was in a trial period at the client, but the candidate is not satisfied.
« The status of the job offer will go back to "Vacant" (or "Trial period" if another candidate is in trial period). |
Hired for contract |
The candidate has been hired and the position has an end date.
« The status of the job offer will become "Filled", the item is ready to be billed. |
Filled |
The candidate is hired. The job offer is ready for billing. |
Warranty period |
The candidate is hired. The job offer has been charged. The status of the job offer will become "Hiring - Under warranty". |
Candidate resignation during warranty period |
The candidate had been hired, he resigned during the warranty period. |
Warranty finished |
The candidate was hired, the warranty period is complete. The status of the job offer is now "Hiring - Warranty finished". |
Lay off |
The candidate was hired and has been laid off. |
Process stopped |
Another candidate was hired for the job offer, the process of this application was stopped. If the hired candidate, is laid off or resigns, we will resume the placement process where it was stopped. |
