Each week of a term has its specific status. The definition of the statutes below is based on the basic configuration of PRIM.

 

The list of statutes presented below is indicative and may be different depending on your configuration and the needs of your company.

 

STATUS

DESCRIPTION

Vacant

No candidate is assigned for the week.

Filled

The week is filled.

Waiting to be processed

The week is filled, but we want to wait before performing the transactions of pay and billing.

Ready to be processed

The end date of the week has passed and the hours have been confirmed (checkbox). The week is ready to be paid and billed, it will be visible in the pay and billing management.

Internally canceled

The week has been canceled as a result of an internal error. It will not be held in account for any statistics.

Client canceled

The full week has been canceled by the client.

« If the full term is canceled, you must change the status of the term for "Client canceled", all future weeks will be canceled.

Billed

The week has been billed to the client, but not paid to the candidate. The week is now available for the employee compensation.

Paid

The week has been paid to the candidate, but not billed to the client.

Not filled

The agency did not managed to fill the week.

« If the full term is not filled, you must change the status of the term for "Not filled", or another status which means that the term is not filled, all future weeks will be canceled.

Completed

The week has been paid to the candidate and billed to the client. The week is now available for the employee compensation.
