There are two ways to access this window:
•Call in progress: From the window in a specific file, click on (Call) in Communications and tasks section of the Home ribbon, choose the option Call in progress.
•Phone call completed: Open the "Communication history" window, select the call that you want to view and click on (Open file) in the Subject column of the record to open the window.
Information about the call: General information about the call, such as:
•User who made the call
•Recipient of the call
•Date of the call
•Communication security group - visibility
Contact information (B) : For the contact information to be displayed in this section, the property Display in properties must have been ticked for the concerned contact information (email and phone number).
Call contexts, subjects and results (C) : This section shows a summary of important information about the call, such as the date and time, the communication context, the subject and the result.
Notes fields (D) : These two text fields allow you to add notes about the call, either internal or notes that can be displayed on the Web portal.
