Customization - description of codes on payer client invoices

Please note that only users in the appropriate security groups can access the software configuration windows.

 

Customization - description of codes on payer client invoices

 

PRIM allows you to customize the terms or labels that will appear on invoices, you can modify the description of billing codes, invoice types or request types.

These customizations are optional, however they must be saved in the payer client's file.

 

 

1.In the client's file, move to the Settings tab, sub-tab Personalization.

2.In a section, click on an empty lien or on (Insert)  and choose the item in the proposed values.

3.In the column Personalization, enter the text as it should be displayed on the invoices and click on (Save).

Note that this procedure is the same for the other sections and that it is possible to add more than one item to the list. The labels added in the column "Personalization" will be added to the invoices of the payer client, replacing the description that would be displayed otherwise, if there was no personalization.

4.If needed, click on the translation bubble to open the translation window and add this personalization in the proper language for the client, if applicable.
