Registration on the Web portal
Potential candidates who are not already part of your candidate pool can register on the web portal to be added, without you having to create them in PRIM. They can register spontaneously by accessing your portal, if you've added the link to your website, or by applying to a job offer you've posted on your job board.
In order to register on the Web portal, the candidate can attach a resume from a computer or from a cloud storage space. (1)
If the candidate doesn't have a resume or doesn't want to attach it, there is the option to Fill in the form. (2). He/she will then have to provide certain information in order to create the account, namely first name, last name and an e-mail address.
In both cases, the candidate must choose his/her authentication method in order to create the account (3).
Once account has been created with the requested information, the candidate is offered two options: view the available jobs on your job board, or complete his/her profile. The latter option will automatically populate the candidate's file in PRIM.
The registration form is as follows:
-Information : Candidates must provide personal information, including an address and a telephone number where they can be reached. They are also asked to authorize SMS text messaging to the number they have provided.
-Job preferences : Candidates indicate the type(s) of job for which they would like to receive offers, as well as their preferences regarding the jobs they would like to do. This is also where they specify whether they wish to apply confidentially to job offers.
Temporary” jobs involve short-, medium- or long-term assignments for which the candidate remains employed by the agency. In the case of “permanent”, “contract” or “internship” jobs, the candidate becomes an employee of the client.
-Criteria : Candidates complete the questionnaire according to the configurations set up by the agency. Some of these criteria will be used to match the candidate with offers at the time of assignment. Others provide the agency with additional information about the candidate.
-Documents: Candidates can add, modify or delete documents. Please note that the maximum document size is 5 MB.
-Education: Candidates provide information about their academic background. They can add, modify or delete a training by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
-Jobs: Candidates provide information about their career path. They can add, modify or delete experience by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
-Availability: Candidates indicate their regular and occasional availability. Simply click on a day to enter the periods of availability, or indicate whether they are unavailable. The “Add a week” button lets you define a schedule that extends over several weeks.
-Confirmation : By clicking on “Confirm”, candidates validate their registration on the web portal.
Once the registration form has been completed, the candidate must be validated by the agency before receiving “active” status in PRIM.
