Terms of use contexts

 

The contexts of the terms of use correspond to the places and times when the “terms” are displayed, i.e., the legal texts describing the terms of use or any other legal guidelines that must be communicated to your clients and candidates when they use the web portal. The table below specifies the different contexts with which these legal texts may be associated.

The terms and conditions associated with this context are displayed via a link on the Web portal's home page.

DCA

Candidate account deletion

The terms and conditions associated with this context are displayed on the web portal when the candidate clicks on the button to request the deletion of their account. It aims to inform the candidate of the procedures and legal obligations under which you may be required to retain their information for a specified period of time, for example.

DCL

Client account deletion

The terms and conditions associated with this context are displayed on the web portal when the client clicks on the button to request the deletion of their account. It aims to inform the client of the procedures and legal obligations under which you may be required to retain their information for a specified period of time, for example.

ICA

Candidate registration

The terms and conditions associated with this context are displayed when the candidate registers on the web portal, or when they log in for the first time, if their access is created from PRIM Logix. If the text is added to the context after the candidate has registered or logged in for the first time, it will also be displayed the next time the candidate logs in.

ICL

Client registration

The terms and conditions associated with this context are displayed when the client registers on the web portal, or when they log in for the first time, if their access is created from PRIM Logix. If the text is added to the context after the client has registered, created their account, or logged in for the first time, it will also be displayed the next time the client logs in.

PCF

Confidentiality policy

The terms and conditions associated with this context are displayed via a link on the Web portal's home page.

PGA

Creation of agency managed job offer

The terms and conditions associated with this context will be displayed when the client uses the web portal to create a permanent job offer for which recruitment will be managed by the agency.

PGC

Creation of client managed job offer

The terms and conditions associated with this context will be displayed when the client uses the web portal to create a permanent job offer for which recruitment will be managed by the client themselves.
