Viewing history of attached files
This window displays general information about each message sent or received from PRIM.
When an e-mail attachment is sent as a link, you can find out when it was viewed by the recipient.
1.Open the "Communication history" window .
2.Click on the 
icon (Open folder) of the communication for which you wish to consult the history of the file sent.
