Synchronizing tasks with Outlook

 

Task synchronization enables PRIM tasks to be added to your "Outlook" email desktop software, either in your to-do tasks list or as an appointment in your calendar. This synchronization is only possible if the task is assigned to a branch employee. For tasks to be synchronized, the employee must be associated with a PRIM user, and synchronization must be configured in the user profile. This configuration is explained below.

If a task that has already been synchronized with Outlook is subsequently completed in PRIM, synchronization will also complete the same task in Outlook.
