In a candidate's file, the "Preferences" tab gathers the appreciation of clients towards the candidate.
The "Knows" box is automatically checked in the candidate's and client's files after the candidate's first assignment at the client. You can check this box when adding a client to the list of preferences.
PRIM allows you to manually add clients to the list of preferences, for example if your candidate knows one of your clients.
Preferences are treated jointly between the client and the candidate, click on the icon (Open file) to open the file of the selected client.
1.Open the file of the candidate and move under the "Preferences" tab. 2.In the main area, click on an empty line or on the icon (Insert) to open the client selection window. 3.Click on the icon (Execute a search) to display the list of all the clients in order to have the opportunity to select many clients. 4.Or search in one of the green fields to find a specific client. 5.Check the box to select a client, click on and on the icon (Save). The client is added in the list. 6.If you prefer to manage preferences between departments, repeat these operations to add one or more departments in the section "Department detail". Click on the icon (Save). 7.If you want to delete an item from the list, select the client and click on the icon (Delete).
If a candidate has already worked for the client, it will be impossible to remove him from the list.

Update preferences allows you to assign the best possible candidate to an assignment or not find an unappreciated candidate in the list of available candidates.
To change the preferences, you can check or uncheck the boxes in either section of the window. Note that depending on your configuration or the filters applied, the display of the candidates in the list of available candidates may be different. At the client's request, a candidate's work appreciation rating can be added in the "Priority" column. This notation can be added from the candidate's file or from the client's file. However, the box in the "Favorite" column must be checked to allow this rating to be added.
Since Priority "1" is the highest rating, you will be able to select the best candidate for an assignment.
In the example below we will update the preferences according to departments.
Under the "Preferences" tab of the "Candidate" window, select a client and move to the "Department detail" section.
