Copying a term is a very simple to use feature that will save you a lot of time.
You can use a new or existing term and make one or more copies that will contain all the criteria of the original term.
1.Open the form of the term to be copied and click on .
2.In the input window, enter the number of copies.
3.Change the start, end and release dates if necessary.
4.Select the invoiced rate according to the options provided.
5.Select the paid rate according to the options provided.
6.Click on .
7.The following message asks you to confirm that the procedure is continuing.
8.Click on to continue or on to return to the previous window and make changes.
9.In the next message, click on if you want to display the new terms.
10.In the "Term" window that appears, a filter has been applied to display the list of terms obtained following copying, this list includes the original term.
11.You can start the placement process now or save the list to start the process later.
