There are two ways to access this window:

 

•Call in progress: Click on (Call or receive a call) of the main toolbar and choose the option "Call in Progress".

•Phone call completed: Open the "Communication history" window, select the call that you want to view and click on the icon (Open file) of the record to display the information.
