The "Communication history" window allows the consultation of all communications related to the selected record, it is accessible for all the users of PRIM in your company.

 

You will find all the information you need to follow up your files quickly and efficiently.

 

You can consult the page Icons of communications for a description of each of the icons.

 

You can access it from all PRIM windows where it is available, click on (Communication history) on the main toolbar.
