You will find below a brief description of the different communication icons seen in PRIM.

Where to find these icons?

 

•The main toolbar

 

•PRIM windows

They are available in most of the windows in the application, the communication icons are grayed out when they cannot be used.

DESCRIPTION

SMS sent and received.

Emails sent and received.

Phone calls made and received.

Icon used to display the email and SMS communication window.

Icon used to display the window "Communications history". You will find all communications associated with a record, for example, a candidate.

Icon that is displayed in the window “Communications history" following an action made from the Web platform.

Start a phone call.

Call in progress, by clicking on this icon, you have the possibility to open the current call detail or hang up.

Hang up, the call is finished.

The button "Action" offers you many options depending on where you are in PRIM.

For example, you made a phone call to a candidate to propose a replacement and left a message.
