This tab allows the addition of a new type of package of self-managed jobs.

 

The self-managed jobs are offers which your client will post via the Web platform of the agency and for which your client will manage the applications.

 

A diffusion is an email which is automatically sent to all the candidates of the agency who match the criteria of the self-managed job offer.

 

If you click on the icon of the column ''Description'', you will have the possibility to choose one or more types of function related to your new package. It will be offered only for the selected functions.

 

In the example below, we will add a new type of self-managed jobs, ''Addition of four weeks of posting''.

 

1.Open a ''Settings'' window.

2.Move under the ''Self-managed job offers packages'' tab.

3.Click on a blank line in the main zone or click on the icon (Insert) to add a new record.

4.The ''Selection of value'' window is displayed. Select the item in the list which is appropriate for your new package. It is added in the column ''Addition to the basic amount'' with the code which was automatically assigned.

5.In the ''Description'' column, enter a brief description. The package number will be registered when you save.

6.In the ''Number of broadcast'' column, enter the number of diffusions included in the package.

7.In the ''Number of days'' column, enter the number of days for which the announce will be displayed on the Web platform.

8.In the ''New job offer" column, check the box if your package is related to a new self managed job offer.

9.Click on (Save).
