Steps in the replacement process

 

The following table illustrates the steps of the replacement process from its creation up to the end, the steps of assignment and confirmation of the request are presented later in this unit.

 

The steps of the billing and pay will be detailed in the unit “Accounting"

REPLACEMENT STATUS

A client makes a replacement request

 

Create a replacement in the system

Vacant

Assign a candidate

To be confirmed

Check the confirmation box of the candidate and the client.

Filled

The client cancels his replacement request

 

In the column "Status” use the magnifying glass to change the status to "Customer canceled"

Client canceled

The candidate cancels his assignment or is absent

 

In the column "Status" use the magnifying glass to change the status to "Candidate canceled" or "Candidate absent"

Candidate canceled

 

OR

 

Candidate absent

The replacement is completed

 

The candidate and the client must confirm the worked hours

Filled

The hours worked have been confirmed by the candidate and by the client: check the box for the hours confirmation

Ready to be processed

The billing of the client (The replacement is under the tab "Requests to bill", button "Invoicing" of the menu PRIM)

 

Select the replacement and click on the button "Insert on invoice"

Billed

Candidate pay (The replacement is under the tab "Requests to pay", button "Payroll management" of the menu PRIM)

 

Select the replacement and click on the button "Insert on a payroll" and transfer the data to the payroll service

Paid

The candidate's pay and the billing of the client is done

Completed
