PRIM allows you to send a text message to an existing contact in Prim, a client or one of its relations, a candidate or an employee.
In a single sending, you will be able to offer a replacement for several candidates simultaneously.
You can send SMS from all windows where the icon (Send an email or a SMS) is available, or from the icon (Action), that is available from the sidebar "List", see “Launch an action from a list".
PRIM must be configured with an external SMS provider to be able to send SMS (fees apply). Please confirm with your internal manager to find out if this is the case. To proceed with the configuration of SMS sending, please contact us.

HOW TO OPEN A TWILIO OR PLIVO ACCOUNT?
1. Go to the site: https://www.twilio.com or https://www.plivo.com
2. Click on the SIGN UP tab in the upper right corner.
3. Fill in the requested information, without answering the last 3 questions.
4. Then open an account to get a number so you can send SMS. It will be via this number that you will be able to send SMS to your candidates with PRIM.
