The "Operations" tab gathers sub-tabs related to client's requests.
You can find under some sub-tabs:
•Agency note - Note added by the agency
•Candidate note - Note added by the candidate on the Web platform
•Client note - Note added by the client on the Web platform
A star on a tab and an icon in the list will indicate that a note related to the selected item has been added.

The "Work teams" tab allows you to create a team of candidates and to easily assign the team for a replacement at a client.

The "Timesheets" tab displays the list of timesheets whose hours worked have been confirmed from the Web platform.
A timesheet gathers the client's requests for a defined period, it may contain many replacements worked by more than one candidate.
You will find the details of the timesheets management in the unit "Accounting"
Open a "Client" window, move under the "Operations" tab and the "Timesheets" sub-tab.
Click on the icon (Open file) in the "Timesheet no." column to display the "Timesheet" window.
