Invoice status

The list of statuses presented below is from our basic configuration and may be different depending on the needs of your company..

 

 

STATUT

DÉTAIL

In progress

 

The invoice is editable as well as the requests (replacement and job offer) which are included in the invoice

 

« This invoice cannot be printed.

Completed

The invoice is not editable and can be sent to the client.

 

« This status allows the printing of the invoice.

Sent

The invoice has been sent to the client.

 

« This status allows the printing of the invoice.

Payment in progress

A payment by credit card via the Web platform is in progress. The invoice is not editable.

 

« This invoice cannot be printed.

Partly paid

A part of the invoice is paid.  

 

« The mention "PARTLY PAID" will be displayed on the printed invoice.

Paid

The invoice is entirely paid.

 

« The mention “PAID" will be displayed on the printed invoice.

Cancelled

 

The invoice has been cancelled.

 

« The mention "CANCELLED" will be displayed on the printed invoice.
