Tab - Info/Ranking/Criteria

 

The tab Infos/Ranking/Criteria includes the matching criteria for the search of a candidate for the job.

For a job offer, the search of candidates is done only between the candidate and the job offer. PRIM does not look at the criteria of the client. It is therefore important to check all the  criteria the candidates must have in order to have the possibility to obtain the position.

 

Description of options 

 

The various options that can be associated to a criteria are as follow:

 

Required: The candidates who did not tick this option will not be displayed in the list of applicatinos in ATS.

 

Asset : The candidates who did not tick this option will be displayed in the list. The number of assets of each candidates in regards to the job criteria is displayed in the column Asset (1) in ATS.

 

OR : The criteria with the link OR will be processed as alternative options. The number displayed on the right means that the criteria with the same number will be processed together.  

Example: The candidate must have a college degree OR a professional study degree.

 

NOT: Candidates who have ticked this choice will not be displayed in the list of applications. It is a restrictive criteria that means the candidate cannot be hired.
