Timesheets

 

Timesheets are used to track and manage hours worked. These can be confirmed by the candidate and the client on the web portal.

 

A timesheet is automatically created when a candidate is assigned to a shift. In this way, each timesheet corresponds to a request. It can therefore be consulted in different ways:

 

By an employee of the agency:

-From a shift's file

-From a candidate's file

-From a client's file

 

By a candidate or a client on the Web portal:

-In « Assignments » section (candidate) and « Temporary » section (client).
