The list of statuses presented below is from our basic configuration and may be different depending on the needs of your company..

In progress |
The invoice is editable as well as the requests (shift and job offer) which are included in the invoice
« This invoice cannot be printed. |
Completed |
The invoice is not editable and can be sent to the client.
« This status allows the printing of the invoice. |
Sent |
The invoice has been sent to the client.
« This status allows the printing of the invoice. |
Payment in progress |
A payment by credit card via the Web platform is in progress. The invoice is not editable.
« This invoice cannot be printed. |
Partly paid |
A part of the invoice is paid.
« The mention "PARTLY PAID" will be displayed on the printed invoice. |
Paid |
The invoice is entirely paid.
« The mention “PAID" will be displayed on the printed invoice. |
Cancelled |
The invoice has been cancelled.
« The mention "CANCELLED" will be displayed on the printed invoice. |
