In ATS, each application has its own status. See the ATS application status table below for more information.
The status of applications changes according to the actions taken (e.g. communication with the candidate) or the interests indicated by one of the parties.
It is also possible, in some cases, to manually change the status of an application: to do so, click on the magnifying glass to the right of the corresponding application status and choose one of the available statuses.
Each application, or correspondence between the request and an applicant, has its own status. It is from these applications that the assignment process takes place.
The list of statuses below is indicative and may differ according to your company's needs.
There may be one or more candidates on trial period with a client, but only one candidate can be hired for an assignment.
Applicant statuses in the ATS are different depending on whether the position is permanent or a long-term temporary assignment. For ATS application statuses for permanent job offers, see ATS application statuses (positions).
