Tab - Operations

 

The Operations tab allows you to view all client requests and information relating to these requests, and also offers the possibility of performing certain actions, such as creating new requests, copying existing shifts or printing reports relating to operations.

 

The top section(A) is a table displaying the list of client requests according to the filters applied. It is subdivided into three sub-tabs: Shifts, Job offers, Grouped shifts. These tabs are explained in detail below.

 

The bottom section(B) is displayed only with the Shift sub-tab. It allows you to perform a number of actions, including creating a punctual (one-off) or grouped shift request, copying an existing one-off shift or printing a shifts summary. It also includes three sub-tabs for displaying information relating to the shift selected in the top section.
