You can add keywords related to your functions to make it easier to search among the job offers posted on your website.
On the "Workflow" ribbon, click on in the "Configuration" section to display the "Workflow's settings mangement" window.
In the example below we will add keywords related to the "General labour" function.
1.In the "Subjects" section, select "FUNCTION".
2.Under the "Choice settings" tab, select the function from the list.
3.In the "Keywords" section, click on a white line or on the icon (Insert) to add a new item.
4.You can enter the new keyword manually in the box or click on the icon (List of values) to display the value selection window and choose from the proposed elements. These elements come from previous keyword searches performed by users and will also be used for resume analysis.
If necessary, to speed up keyword entry, you can select an item from the list and modify it before saving.
5.Click on (Save).
A candidate who enters one of these keywords in the job search field on your website would also find general labour positions.
