PRIM keeps track of all communications exchanged with a contact (candidate, client, employee...), regardless of their form (email, sms, phone call or interaction via the web platform).
The button to display the communication history window (IMC013) linked to the user is located in the "Utilities" ribbon, "History" section. It allows you to consult all the correspondence related to the selected record and is accessible by all PRIM users in your company. However, it is possible to assign security levels to the communications in order to filter the messages that may or may not be consulted according to the security level granted to the user.
In this window, you will find all the information you need to follow up on your files quickly and efficiently.

1.All communications are listed in this table. It is possible to filter on the columns to display, for example, only one type of communication or only one contact.
2.Some icons quickly indicate the type of communication and the presence of attachments.
3.The details of the communication context are displayed at the top of the message.
