Request templates are schedule templates that can be used to create a shift request. These templates are not the same as default hours for shits, that are set up in each client. Rather, they are commonly used schedule templates that are not customer-specific, and can therefore be used as needed for all clients. You may restrict the use to specific templates in client settings, or provide access to all templates.
These templates are set up in the Requests templates pane of the configuration window, that can be accessed by clicking on Settings in the System ribbon.
As for availability, there is two types of templates: shifts schedules (A) and weeks templates (B).
For both template types, you can specify which custom clients are using the template (C).
To add a client to these lists, it must first have been set up to use custom templates in the client's file, in Settings / Default hours tab.
By default, all clients have access to all templates, except templates with the “Do not display in general menu” checkbox ticked (D).
