Salutation type (CFG044)
This window lists the titles that can be used before a contact's name in greetings or call formulas. The basic configuration includes only the abbreviated formulas Mr. and Ms. However, depending on the sector in which your agency operates, you may wish to add other relevant titles: for example, Dr. may be used in the medical field. These titles can be selected when creating a new contact in the system (candidates, relations, etc.).
To add a new greeting:
1.Click on 
(Insert),
2.Enter the greeting on the line.
3.Click on 
(Save).
4.If necessary, click on the translation bubble to translate the title into other system languages.
5.Once the greeting has been added, it can be selected when creating or editing a contact in the name editing window.
