This tab displays the full set of shifts included in the grouped replacement.

Various actions can be performed from this tab:

1.Search for one or more shift(s) with the search box. The search will take into account various elements included in the thumbnails of the work shifts: status, name of the assigned candidate, number of the schedule or the mission.

2.Filter shifts displayed: using the filter  filter button, it is possible to apply a preconfigured filter to display only the desired results.

3.Display or hide a shift. Note that using the button on the left of the search box will allow you to display or hide directly all the displayed shifts, taking into account the filter used.

Furthermore, selecting a shift allows you to open a contextual action menu in order to do the following:

4.Change the status of a shift using available options. The available options depend on the status of the request. For example, it is not possible to select "Cancelled by candidate" if no candidate has been assigned.

5.Consult the file of the assigned candidate, if assigned.

6.View all shifts in the schedule: this action opens the Replacement management window in order to display all the shifts related to the schedule.

Only the shifts already generated will be displayed in the window.

7.View the route: This action opens a Google Maps page in your browser, allowing you to consult the itinerary between the home address of the candidate assigned and the workplace.

8.Cancel the copy of the schedule: This action will delete any copies of the schedule created by the system when a candidate is cancelled for a schedule he was assigned to.

The layout of information will vary depending on the display type selected - whether in List (1)  mode or calendar view (Day, Week (2) or Month), as well as possible actions.

However, the following actions can always be performed in this pane:

-View the general information about the replacement: date, hours, status, mission and operation numbers, as well as candidate assigned.

-Display the replacement file: to do so, click on . (3) In calendar mode (Day, Week, Month), just double-click on the shift to open it.

PRIM Logix will not generate the full set of future replacements in a schedule upon its creation. Thus, in the case where a replacement has not been yet generated, (and as such, not associated with a request number) the action to display the replacement file will automatically create the work shift.

The following action is only possible in List mode:

-Extract the shift from the schedule: the shift becomes independent, and can then be managed in the Replacement management window. This feature allows you to assign a candidate to a shift without impacting other shifts in the schedule. To extract a shift from the schedule, click on and choose "Exclude this shift from the schedule" (5). It will be possible to reinsert the shift in the schedule using the same process.
