Availability management

 

The management of the availabilities is an important functionality, it makes it possible for PRIM Logix to establish correspondance between the client and the candidate. The availabilities are registered in the file of the candidate at the time of his registration on the Web platform or at the creation of its file at your office.

 

The availabilities of the candidate are taken into account for the replacements. However, it will be possible to assign a candidate to a replacement if its availabilities are not compliant.  The candidate assignment tool  – Planner – will display a percentage of shifts for which the candidate is available or not.  This display can be refined using filters.

 

Availability is not considered for a job offers. This type of request could be of interest to a candidate who had indicated that he/she had different availability.

 

 

Availability icons

 

The green clock indicates that the candidate is available for designated time range.

 

The red clock indicates that the candidate is not available for the designated time range.

 

The orange clock  indicates that the candidate has not specified his/her availability for the designated time range .
