Jobboard management section

 

This section allows you to activate the ATS (Application tracking system)*, and as such to publish the mission on job boards and to follow up on applications with the client.

*Applications tracking is linked to a mission : a grouped replacement can include one mission that uses this ability, and another one that don't.

 

The section is active if the ATS has been activated for the mission.  

 

It does include the following panes:

 

Jobboard's details

Summary: Allows you to write a summary description of the replacement, as it will be displayed on the Web portal for the candidate and the client. The same description will be used in job boards when publishing.

ATS : Allows you to follow up on applications. When a candidate is selected, the application is transfered in the planner in order to be assigned to a schedule. See the page about assignment and follow up of applications to learn more..
