From the Home ribbon of a PRIM window, click on (Tasks and events) to launch  the Events and task management window.

This window includes all the tasks and events related to the file you are in - a candidate file, for example.  

These events and tasks can be viewed as a List (1) or in a Calendar view (2). Just select the corresponding tab.

In calendar view, events and tasks without a date will be displayed on the date they were created.

Many panes are not displayed at opening of the window: to display these panes, just click on the corresponding buttons in the Home (3) ribbon.

In the image below, the various panes have been opened and laid out as tabs (4). Refer to the above table for a description of each pane.

The List tab offers various display features: expand all, (5) collapse all (6), expand 1 item (+) or reduce 1 item (-) in the list, and date ascending or descending sorting (7).

Insert an event (8): Allows you to add a new file-related event.

Insert a task (9): Allows you to  add a task in the selected event.

The tasks and events proposed for insertion must first have been configured in the  "Events and tasks" pane of the configuration window.

Furthermore, no matter which view is selected, it is also possible to search (10) or filter events and tasks displayed (11). Refer to the above table to learn about icons corresponding to the various filters.  

The To-do tasks window can be opened from the Home ribbon  of the main PRIM Logix Window: just click on (Tasks).

This window displays all the tasks and events in the system. These can be viewed as a List (1) or in a clandar view, with specific views for Day, Week or Month (2). Just click on the corresponding tab.

In "Month" view, you can extend the period over 6 weeks, or reduce to 2 weeks.

In calendar mode (no matter which view), tasks without a date will be displayed on the date they were created.

In "list" view, the various items of tasks will be displayed in the central section in a table to allow quick consultation. The content of this table will depend on the type of event and the file concerned.

No matter which view is selected, the left section Tasks (3) allows you to expand (+)  or collapse (-) events so you can see or not the tasks included.

In the screenshot below, the various panes have been opened and laid out as tabs (5).
